Job Requirement:
- Minimum Intermediate or equivalent in Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in related computer applications
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are advantageous.
Job Description:
- Assist in the development and implementation of online sales strategies.
- Support the digital sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through digital channels.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for a seamless shopping experience.
- Coordinate with the IT and design teams to implement website improvements and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales activities.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Monitor key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Generate regular sales reports and present findings to the digital sales manager.
