Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Management with specialisation in Sales & marketing or other relevant field.
- Computer knowledge of MS window like Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Extensive knowledge of business like Renewable Energy (Solar thermal / PV technology), Home Appliances, Water Pump & electrical / lighting Products. Preference will be given for product specialisation.
- Excellent communication and public relation skills.
- Proven ability to create, develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
- Research and learn new trends in the market for new product development as well as development of current business that lift up the organization as a whole.
- Social networking & tele/digital marketing management skills.
- Ability to plan and manage sales and marketing budget.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Must have Four or two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Job Description:
- Conduct planned market visits to understand the market and keep in touch with Dealers / Distributors and address their requirement.
- Prepare plans to expand the distributorship/dealership network across the country.
- Manage and obtain proper reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis from Managers and Supervisors.
- Create plans within the budget allocated and give proper suggestion to higher management.
- Coordinate, supervise and evaluate the business of dealers/distributors & give feedback to higher management.
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Lead all marketing schemes and policies with collaboration of Dealers / Distributors.
- Prepare terminal, mid terminal and monthly target, area and product wise. Properly manage the team to achieve those targets. Prepare Incentives policies with consultation of higher management.
- Make sure for recovery of debt in the market & mobilise sales team accordingly
