Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Management with specialisation in Sales & marketing like Renewable energy (Solar thermal / PV technology), Home Appliances, Electrical Appliances used for Domestic, Commercial & Institutional purposes.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing on above said segment or overall marketing. Preference will be given for product specific experience with market idea of whole country.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Proven ability to create, develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
- Research and learn new trends in the market for new product development as well as development of current business that lift up the Organization as a whole.
- Social networking management skills.
- Ability to plan and manage sales and marketing budget.
- Must have Four or two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics.
Job Description:
- This position holder leads the development and rollout of all Marketing Strategies and their implementation in line with their specialise products.
- Conduct planned market visits to understand the market and keep in touch with Dealers / Distributors and address their requirement.
- Prepare plans to expand the distributorship/dealership network across the country.
- Manage to obtain proper reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis from team members & properly guide team members.
- Create plans within the budget allocated and give proper suggestion to higher management.
- Coordinate, supervise and evaluate the business of dealers/distributors & give feedback to higher management.
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Lead all marketing schemes and policies with collaboration of Dealers / Distributors.
- Prepare terminal, mid terminal and monthly targets area and product wise. Properly manage the team to achieve those targets. Prepare Incentives policies with consultation of higher management.
- Proper follow up of sales and due payments from party.
- Keep Checks on the stock level of Distributors / Dealers.
