Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English, ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment
- Computer knowledge of MS window like Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Minimum Qualification – Graduation
- Ability to work in teams and motivate team members
- Understanding of the market and potential strategies.
- Knowledge of suitable content and good command over content writing.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and PowerPoint.
Job Description:
- Lead the development and rollout of all Marketing Strategies in various product segments.
- Prepare marketing plans and strategies to expand distributorship/dealership network across the country.
- Manage to obtain proper reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis from team members & properly guide team members.
- Create marketing plans within the budget allocated and give proper suggestion to higher management for promotion activities.
- Create promotional schemes and campaigns for branding of various product segments.
- Analyse the market needs and requirements and report to senior management timely.
