Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business/Accounting.
- Computer knowledge of MS window like Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge like V-Lookup, H-Lookup and Pivot Table will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally / Busy / Fact Etc.
- Knowledge of TDS & VAT and submitting monthly returns.
- Experience of working as Article Trainee in the Audit Firm will be given priority.
- Previous work experience will be added advantages.
- At least two-year experience in audit firm or related field.
- Two wheeler with driving licence is an added advantage
Job Description:
- Preparation and posting of Vouchers
- Bank entry posting and reconciliation
- Party’s account reconciliation
- Checking and verification of bills and documents
- Posting and keeping records of all necessary taxes
- Calculation and submission of TDS/ VAT Monthly Returns (Maskebari)
- Pay Roll processing and posting
- Follow up with Debtors for recovery & other requirements
