Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Management with specialisation in Sales & marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing. Preference will be given to those having experience on Renewal / Solar Energy, Home Appliances, Electrical Appliances, Water Pump & Agro Products.
- Must have detail knowledge about the markets of the area opted/ chosen.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
- Proven ability to create, develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
- Research and learn new trends in the market for new product development as well as development of current business that lift up the Organization as a whole.
- Social networking management skills.
- Ability to plan and manage sales and marketing budget.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Job description:
- Conduct planned market visits to understand the market and keep in touch with Dealers / Distributors and address their requirement.
- Prepare plans to expand the distributorship/dealership network in the area belongs to them.
- Manage to obtain proper reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis from team members & properly guide team members.
- Manage and lead the development and rollout of all marketing strategies and their implementation pertaining to their area.
