Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
Job Description:
- Develop product-wise strategy and execute integrated marketing activities to drive growth
- Launch new products and provide ongoing product training to sales and trade partners
- Monitor regional product performance and take corrective action where required
- Plan and run promotional campaigns with sales and marketing teams to increase visibility
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance and other key departments to ensure efficient product availability, successful promotions and business continuity
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support zone managers and sales teams with product knowledge, selling points & objection handling
- Evaluate product success through market feedback, customer insights and sales data, recommending product improvements
- Submit timely product performance and business reports to the National Country Manager
