About Ultra Group

Ultra Group has been building Nepal’s modern living since 1997. Many brands, available across all of Nepal — from Kathmandu to far-west, in homes, businesses, and trusted retail outlets in every major district. We cover the full backbone of a Nepali home: power, water, heat, light, and convenience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphics Designer who treats AI tools as a creative instrument, not a shortcut. Your work spans packaging cartons for inverter batteries, catalogs for solar panels, retail brochures for pumps, festival campaigns for appliances, and showroom standees for lighting.

If you can prompt AI fluently, polish output in Photoshop, and produce print-ready files across many product lines, you will have more interesting design problems here than at most studios in Nepal.

What You’ll Do

  • AI Image & Video Generation — direct Pomelli, Whisk, Dreamina, Veo, Kling to generate product imagery and short videos. Refine prompts until the result holds the brand.
  • Photoshop & Print Design — polish AI output for production. Design packaging, carton layouts, warranty cards, labels. Print-ready: CMYK, correct DPI, bleed.
  • Catalogs & Retail Materials — product catalogs, retail brochures, showroom banners, standees, point-of-sale graphics across outlets all over Nepal.
  • Social & Promotional Graphics — static social posts, festival and offer graphics, thumbnails. Coordinate with the Content Creator on video assets.

Requirements

  • Adobe Photoshop — comfortable with print specs (bleed, trim, CMYK, DPI). Canva alone is not enough.
  • AI image generation — strong prompting skill, not just tool clicks.
  • AI video generation — short-form vertical product videos using Veo, Kling, Dreamina, or equivalent.
  • Brand sense — clean, consistent, on-brand output across different formats.
  • Reliability — daily output discipline, deadline ownership, clear communication.

Bonus

  • Meta Ads — campaign setup, audience targeting
  • Print production knowledge — vendor coordination, material selection for large-format printing
  • Motion graphics — After Effects or equivalent
  • Packaging portfolio — anything shipped to physical print

30 / 60 / 90 Day Plan (During Trial Period)

  • Days 1–30: Learn brand guidelines and product range. Complete first packaging brief and two social campaigns. Daily output reviewed each evening.
  • Days 31–60: Own the social calendar independently. Deliver first full product catalog. Begin AI video generation for at least one product line.
  • Days 61–90: Full ownership of all design output — packaging, catalog, social, and at least one campaign end-to-end without supervision.

How to Apply

Submit your portfolio link, a note on AI tools you use, and your CV.
