Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing and posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening applications and resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the selection and hiring process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for newly hired employees.
  • Introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, workplace guidelines, and organizational culture.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, requests, and concerns.
  • Handle employee concerns and grievances professionally, promptly, and confidentially while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify employee training and development needs and assist in planning, coordinating, and organizing training programs, workshops, and other learning activities.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, including employment contracts, appointment letters, HR policies, employee handbooks, notices, and other correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain attendance and leave records and provide necessary information TDS, SSF, EPF, CIT etc. for payroll processing.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll processing, including attendance, leave, and employee information verification.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable Nepal Labour law & Act, Social Security requirements, Income Tax/TDS, employment regulations, and company HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee-related initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation as required by management.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Preferred. Candidates with an ongoing Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of computer software and office applications, including MS Word, Excel, email, and other HR-related systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.
  • Good understanding of basic HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
  • Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
