LocationKathmandu — On-site + field visits to partners
TypeFull-time
Vacancy02 (Home Appliances · Power Electricals)
Experience1–3 years in product sales, field coordination, or distribution preferred

About the Role

Ultra Group sells across many product lines. Each Divisional Business Coordinator owns one product line end-to-end — becoming the in-house expert, managing partner relationships for that division, tracking sales targets, and coordinating with the warehouse and digital team to keep the division running at full capacity.

This is a hybrid desk-and-field role. You will spend time in the office coordinating, and time in the field visiting partners who carry your product line.

Compensation — Base + Performance Incentives

This role is incentive-based — you earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped performance bonuses tied to your output. The harder you work and the better your results, the more you earn. We do not cap top performers, and confirmed performers see their base revised upward at confirmation. Your earnings grow with your numbers.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Expertise — become the go-to person for your assigned product line.
  • Partner Relationship Management — regular contact with retail partners carrying your product line.
  • Sales Tracking — monitor division sales against monthly targets. Identify gaps, flag underperforming partners.
  • Promotions & Campaigns — coordinate with the digital team on product-line campaigns, festival offers, and partner incentive programs.
  • Order & Payment Follow-up — track orders and overdue payments within your division.

Requirements

  • Product knowledge drive — willingness to become the in-house expert on one product line.
  • Field mobility — partner visits as required across your assigned territory.
  • Sales mindset — understands targets, tracks numbers, chases gaps without being prompted.
  • Communication — clear written and verbal Nepali, WhatsApp Business, basic Excel.

Bonus

  • Experience selling or distributing appliances, electricals, or FMCG
  • Knowledge of Nepal’s retail distribution landscape
  • Existing partner relationships in your product category
  • Two-wheeler licence and own vehicle

30 / 60 / 90 Day Plan (During Trial Period)

  • Days 1–30: Learn the full product range for your division. Visit every assigned partner at least once.
  • Days 31–60: Own partner communication for your division independently. Identify the top 3 growth gaps.
  • Days 61–90: First promotional campaign coordinated end-to-end. Monthly target variance reported with analysis.
