About the Role
Ultra Group has 100+ retail partners across Nepal. The Retail Business Coordinator is the office-side hub for the entire retail network — maintaining the partner database, coordinating order fulfillment, managing partner communication, and keeping the network organised and informed.
This is a coordination and follow-through role. You are the person every partner reaches when they have a question, an order, or a complaint. You own the records, the responses, and the distribution of retail materials.
Compensation — Base + Performance Incentives
This role is incentive-based — you earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped performance bonuses tied to your output. The harder you work and the better your results, the more you earn. We do not cap top performers, and confirmed performers see their base revised upward at confirmation. Your earnings grow with your numbers.
