About the Role
Ultra Group has 100+ retail partners across Nepal. The Retail Business Coordinator is the office-side hub for the entire retail network — maintaining the partner database, coordinating order fulfillment, managing partner communication, and keeping the network organised and informed.
This is a coordination and follow-through role. You are the person every partner reaches when they have a question, an order, or a complaint. You own the records, the responses, and the distribution of retail materials.
What You’ll Do
- Partner Database — maintain the master database of all retail partners. Contact details, territory, credit terms, authorized brands, order history. Always current, always accurate.
- Order Coordination — track incoming orders from partners. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics on fulfillment. Follow up on delayed or missing deliveries.
- Partner Communication — WhatsApp Business as the first point of contact for order queries, stock availability, and invoice questions. Zero unanswered messages older than 24 hours.
- Retail Materials Distribution — coordinate dispatch of brochures, standees, catalogs, and promotional materials to partners. Track what has been sent and when.
- Weekly Reporting — submit a weekly retail activity summary to the Sales Manager. New onboardings, escalated complaints, outstanding orders, and partner feedback.
Requirements
- Organisation — managing a large contact database with accuracy and discipline.
- WhatsApp Business + Excel — daily tools for communication and record-keeping.
- Communication — clear, professional written and verbal Nepali. Basic English for documentation.
- Follow-through — partners remember the coordinator who actually called back.
Bonus
- Experience in retail distribution — appliances, FMCG, or electricals
- Existing knowledge of Nepal’s retail landscape
- Experience with CRM or dealer management tools
