About the Role

Ultra Group showrooms across Nepal carry our full brand range. The Showroom Business Officer is the customer-facing engine of the showroom — handling product demonstrations, customer queries, daily sales, and stock checks. You are not the manager — you focus on your individual sales output and customer service.

This is a sales-driven role with real income potential. Your monthly earnings move with your output — the better your conversion and customer service, the more you take home.

Compensation — Base + Performance Incentives

This role is incentive-based — you earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped performance bonuses tied to your output. The harder you work and the better your results, the more you earn. We do not cap top performers, and confirmed performers see their base revised upward at confirmation. Your earnings grow with your numbers.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Service & Demos — greet customers, explain products, demonstrate features, answer questions with confidence.
  • Individual Sales Targets — own your monthly sales numbers. Track conversion rate and average order value.
  • Showroom Standards — keep your assigned section of the showroom clean, properly displayed, and correctly priced.
  • Stock Checks — daily count of fast-moving products. Report low stock to the Showroom Manager.
  • Daily Reporting — submit daily sales numbers to the Showroom Manager.

Requirements

  • Customer-facing energy — friendly, patient, knowledgeable in product features.
  • Sales drive — motivated by hitting your numbers, not by clocking hours.
  • Spoken Nepali (and basic English helpful) for customer interactions.
  • Basic numeracy — daily sales tracking, simple math at the counter.
  • Reliability — show up on time, every time. Showroom hours are non-negotiable.

Bonus

  • Experience in appliance or electronics retail
  • Existing product knowledge across Ultra Group brands
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Local network in the city you apply from

30 / 60 / 90 Day Plan (During Trial Period)

  • Days 1–30: Learn the full product range carried in your showroom. Shadow senior staff for first week. Begin handling customers independently from week 2.
  • Days 31–60: Hit your individual monthly sales target. Zero customer complaints flagged to the Showroom Manager.
  • Days 61–90: Consistent monthly target achievement. Demonstrated product expertise across the brand range.
