Key Responsibilities

 

    • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

    • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets in coordination with management and relevant stakeholders.

    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and work plans and monitor progress against agreed targets.

    • Coordinate and supervise project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring effective utilization of resources.

    • Communicate regularly with clients, management, team members, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements.

    • Monitor project performance, timelines, costs, quality, and deliverables to ensure compliance with approved plans.

    • Identify potential project risks, challenges, and delays, develop mitigation plans, and take corrective action when required.

    • Ensure that project activities are completed according to required quality standards, specifications, policies, and procedures.

    • Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource requirements while ensuring effective cost control.

    • Conduct regular project meetings, progress reviews, and coordination sessions and maintain proper records of decisions and action points.

    • Prepare and submit project status reports, progress updates, financial reports, and other management reports as required.

    • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.

    • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements and ensure proper approval and documentation.

    • Monitor the performance of project team members, contractors, suppliers, and other external parties involved in project delivery.

    • Ensure proper project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, approvals, correspondence, and completion documents.

    • Maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensure their expectations and requirements are properly managed.

    • Conduct project reviews upon completion and document lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.

    • Perform other project-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering preferred. Candidates with an ongoing Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience will also be considered.

    • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project management or a related position.
    • Manage the preparation, review, and submission of tenders, bids, quotations, and project proposals.
    • Review project drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, work plans, and contract documents.
    • Strong practical knowledge of construction works, site supervision, project execution, contractor management, and quality control.

    • Proven ability to manage projects, teams, timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.

    • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Knowledge of project management tools/software will be an added advantage.

    • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.

    • Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

    • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
