What we collect

• Website chat assistant. Your messages. If you choose to share them: your name, phone number, district and the product or service you need.
• Forms. What you enter in our service request, job application and associate partner forms, and any files you attach, such as a CV or a photo of a product.
• Visits. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. They use cookies and record details such as your browser, device and approximate location. We do not use them to identify you.
• Spam protection. Your IP address is used to block automated abuse of the chat.

Why we use it

• To answer your question and, if you ask us to, call you back about a product, price or service.
• To handle your service request, job application or associate partner application.
• To keep the website working and safe, and to see which pages help our customers.

We use your information only for the purpose you gave it. We do not sell it.

Your consent

Sharing your name and phone number is your choice. You can use the chat without them. When you send them in the chat or submit a form, you agree that we may contact you about that request.

Who handles it

• Our sales, service and HR teams, only for your request.
• Service providers that run parts of this website for us: our website hosting provider (where form entries are stored), Cloudflare (runs the chat assistant, its database and spam protection), Anthropic (the AI model that writes the chat assistant's replies) and Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and the sheet and email our team uses to follow up chat enquiries).

These providers process the information to provide their service to us. Some of them store and process it outside Nepal. We give personal information to anyone else only when the law requires it, for example a written request from an authorised official.

The chat assistant is AI

Its replies are written by an AI model using ULTRA's published information. It can make mistakes. Prices, stock, delivery and warranty are always confirmed by our team.

How long we keep it

• Chat messages: deleted automatically after 12 months.
• Your contact details and request, from the chat or a form: kept while we handle your request, and deleted no more than 12 months after it is closed.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
